For our advice services, we will charge a fee of between £0-£550.

• For first time buyers and residential purchases, our typical fee would be up to £375.
• For residential re-mortgages our typical fee would be up to £195.
• For residential Product Transfers our typical fee would be up to £100.
• For complex residential cases our typical fee would be up to £550.
• For first time landlords and purchases, Buy-to-Let re-mortgages, Buy-to-Let complex cases and Portfolio Landlord Mortgages our typical fee would be up to £550.
• For Buy-to-Let Product Transfers our typical fee would be up to £100.

The broker fee is payable upon completion and is non-refundable.

A discount maybe applied to the broker fee depending on your mortgage and personal circumstances, current existing relationship with the company or complexity of the case.

We will also be paid a procuration fee from the lender. The amount of the procuration fee will be disclosed to you.

You have the right to ask us to provide information on the range of procuration fees that the lenders on our panel offer to us.

If an application is submitted to a lender via a packager, we will be paid commission by the packager. This will be disclosed to you.
