In 2001, Brian Melling realised there was a gap in the market for 'good, old fashioned' mortgage advice. He created a new company, mortgage2move. Advice is given in plain language, the client is offered every opportunity to ask questions and will never be pushed into making hasty decisions. Once completed, all paperwork is checked & verified on behalf of the client before submitting the application to the lender. The application is then tracked by contacting the lender at regular intervals, whilst keeping the client, solicitor and estate agent, where applicable, informed of the progress at every stage.

This approach has been so successful that Brian has been joined by another, like-minded,fully qualified mortgage and insurance adviser. Both advisers look after their cases personally and they can usually be contacted 7 days a week.mortgage2move is independent and is not tied to any estate agents, mortgage lender(s) or insurance companies. Apart from the regulators, whose job it is to ensure that all brokers treat their customers fairly, mortgage2move have no outside forces telling them how to treat their customers, this means that the advice is based solely on the clients individual circumstances.
